Life is fine. I now have an amp. A Marshall amp, to be precise.

Visited the Bluffs with some friends. So beautiful. The sound was amazing. There were even 4 swans swimming sedately by in the stillness of the lake. *Sigh, they were lovely* Had Johnny's which continually lifts my spirits~

Whoosh. Came back from Thursday night DDR at Fung~ Awesomeness, I'm getting better. There are SUCH CRAZY ppl there. Play on HEAVY GAH! Oh well, I shall get there ONE DAY!

Life at University is currently pretty uneventful, should be studying more, but eh~ Residence is alright, but there are such niches that I don't belong in being formed. First, there are the lifesci keeners. Too wholesome and law-abiding for one so rambunctious as I. Then, there are the lonely engineers, who just...drift around really, because everybody else is arts and sci. Then there are the upper years, which is the majority of the house, who have already laid claim to the common room for their traditional tv shows, and they are not really into anything that the younger years are doing. They're nice and all, but with a good 2 year gap over the rest of us for creating rapports, we're kinda left in the dust. Then there are the wild, crazy outgoing bunch. A little TOO crazy for my tastes. IE smoking quite close to my window, and smoking in their rooms, etc. But they ARE all really nice people, and they didn't know my window was open so I could smell it, and it WAS late at night. But still, not on school property. Honestly. So that leaves me with my...DC++~ Ha, just kidding. I read alot, and one of my vp friends or another are usually in my room at any given moment, until about 4.

Recently, started kicking into the Il Divo goodness. Honestly, they are truly awesome. If you like the whole Josh Groban classical music, you will LOVE these guys. They're a classical quartet, and sing in Italian, English and French (I think) but they have SUCH lovely harmonies and such beautiful voices it just makes you melt a little inside. The lyrics they use? Truly loving and just SQUEEEE!!!! I'm posting a couple of my favourites here, if only YSI would go a LITTLE faster>_<

School is boring. Exams suck. Life goes on. Oh well. Still have to go christmas shopping, which sucks. I hate shopping, and there are bound to be a kajillion other shoppers there. Ew. I'm writing in such fragments, hmm.

So yeah. I love musicals, in case you didn't know. But I have to say, making musicals into movies is also fun, despite the lack of connection with the actors. I haven't been to too many shows, but I've seen quite a few on tape. But, I've never seen Rent, which is quite disappointing, considering how famous it is. BUT!!! ITS NOW A MOVIE!! And guess who is the oh-so-demanding-and-divaliciously-lesbian-Maureen? ELPHABA!!!! Oops, I meant IDINA MENZEL!!!! The beautifully tragically GREEN marvel is singing in it! Isn't that absolutely loffly? I also just discovered that she had a cd!!!! 2, to be more precise! Now I must hunt them down and get them SOOOON.

Hmm..Haven't updated since summer, and SO MUCH has happened since then, but not really much of a need (much energy or will power) to recap ALL of it.
UoT is fun, and residence is...res. Hutton House ppl are really cool, but having a slapping match while trying not to be caned OR slapped on the arse by an inebriated male is not so fun, especially all at the same time. Taking a couple of extra-curricular classes, which are alottle fun. Talked Esli into LATIN DANCING, which shall be an amazing feat. timt33 was supposed to join us, but BUU on orchestra. You guys better sound REALLLY good.
Anyways, it feels kinda awkward to be split up from the VP group. I'm not even that close with all of you, but still. I'll suddenly think that OH mY, wouldn't Jiggenze LOVE to go to this store with us next time? But then next time...it won't be the same stuff that she would have ooh-ed and ahh-ed with us. OR, if I'm passing this HUGE HP poster or something, or see some really cool merch, I'll be like simply_olives would just DIIIE for this!...and again, not happening. Stupid little things which are happening ALL the time, and I'm just sitting there feeling like a dumbbum when I realize its not HAPPENING. But I refuse to get over it, so I'm just going to have to get someone to make me a teleportation device (those damn engineers need to be good for SOMETHING. HEE to the purpleness~)so that whenever I have a nostalgic moment, the person in question will just be THERE and will enjoy the moment with me. *hmm...kinda sounds a little stalkerish...and now we swing back to something more at hand...
I saw Ms Burwell in the Cardio Room at Hart House today!! She was working on the bicycling thingie, and it took me quite a moment to realize who it was. But then I ran in and had a nice little chat, so thats all good.

MY week.

Monday, shopping. Bought shtuff. Had fun with school friends that I hadn't seen in so long it was like I had amnesia and then came back to life.

Tueday was mock overnight, which meant I was at camp till 9. SO FUNNY. All these litto jappy girls watching 3 black girls showing them how to dance to Soca. SO FUNNY! I DIIIIIED. *pst, I go to VP. Hence, not so new to me. These girls? Thornhill. Thence, QUITE le little spoiled kids. Right after the soca? SPice girls~

Wednesday, saw Wedding crasher with my camp. They rented out a screen from FV. The theatre was packed with adolescents. OH MY. ( Itsy bitsy tiny litto spoiler~ )

Thursday, overnight. THat was sooooo looooooong. Got home 9:30 ish, cuz I escaped from the claws of the dreaded SENIOR CAMP. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEW it was Fear Factor themed. So the head staff for the respective units had to do something gross for each. ANYWAYS. The different things were 1) Belly flop contest.
*First, off of the pool deck. Then, off of the top of a picnic bench. Finally, off of the GUARD CHAIR. By the end, one guy's stomach was RED. The other guys wussed out and let their legs fall in first to break the water tension.*
2) Disgusting milkshake contest.
-alfalfa sprouts
-apple juice

-brocolli
-caramel sauce
-carrot sticks
-cheese (mozarella and cheddar)
-chocolate chips
-chocolate syrup
-fruit punch
-hot peppers
-ketchup
-mayonnaise

-tuna salad
and some other stuff. All blended together. The head staff had to chug a FULL glass. Only 2 could actually swallow it down. The other 4 spit it right back out and grabbed water bottles to rinse their mouths.
3)Worm eating.
*Yes, they were real worms. They were wriggling. They poo-ed alllll over my friends sweater. He is a freak. He swallowed 5 of them. REALLY GROSS. I died of laughter. And that is alll their is to be said for my camp.

Friday, BVG GOES HOLLYWOOD. HEE. The A&C staff plus me decided to do Alice in Wonderland. It was quite good, if I do say so myself. Not quite any anime con cosplay worthy-ness, but still reallly fun. My friend made a BUBBLE HOOKA for the caterpillar. SO FUNNY. I 'twas the Mad Hatter. But all the kids thought I was either Willy Wonka, which is ALSO a good idea, or they thought I was the Cat in the Hat. The adults, as soon as they saw that 10/6 sign, knew who I was, so yay~

Sat and Sun, have to go to work at the diner. EWERS. I don't like middle of nowheresville. The ppl stare at me either as an exotic specimen of a rare plant that needs to be closely examined behind bars, or as if I personally was the reason for SARS and thus needs to be treated with as much disdain as possible>_<
BUT on the upside, I get free icecream~
And EVERYBODY knows that icecream cures ALL ails.

I am le nerd~ We had our group 4 get together~ I biked for the first time since Quebec, which was, ironically, my first time. So this was my second time biking~ I was QUITE proud of myself, thank you very much^_^

Much has happened lately. Short rundown~

Precamp *yes, I finally decided to cave in and go back to BVG.*

Went to a friend's house with my brother and his/our friends after dinner after precamp. Ended up sleeping the ENTIRE time I was there>_< About....5 hours?^_______^

Went to CentreIsland for a picnic *OH, the FROLICKING!!! ROCKS!!!*

Went to watch a movie with Marcobius, Archie *can I call you Archie?* and Timmie~ OMFGSTFU I hate scary movies>____< OOOH the waterfall garden at Sheradon centre. FREAKING GORGEOUS!!!!!!!! NEED to see that in the daytime one day!

Went to Nikki's for a swim and bbq lunch thing, then headed over to Ashbridges bay for Fireworks~ HEE to the messed up happy faces~ *Cuz all of the stars are fading away, just try not to worry, we'll see them one day~*

So yeah. I guess that's about it? OOOOOMGOODNESS I need to post music. PLLEEEEEEEAAAAASE listen to WICKED!!!!!1

My friend/co worker from a couple of years back is in this indie band, that I think is pretty cool. He's the bassist, and he is honestly pretty good. Plus, he is uber cool. He's an environmentalist, refuses to eat McDonald's due to humanitarian reasons, is a vegetarian, he rollerblades, biked to work AND wore his helmet, is awesome with kids, is really nice, and REALLY COOL! Support his group and buy their cd~

OMFG. So much has happened already this week. This is what I get for being on summer break early^_^
ANYWAYS...

The whole bball frisbie picnic was SO FUN. I got tanned~ And now my summer skin is BACK! No more Mr Gray Alligator skin^_^ It was a sausage fest^_^ 2 diff ppl brought hotdogs. So much fun:)

Pmall, and TRYING to get aggie her present. First, Nikki kept picking out things SHE wanted. Zhou was USELESS with his choices of merchandise. Playboy or model Gundams.. HONESTLY.

Talent show~! OMG, those martial art gymnasts were GOOD! But so were Kendrick, Igor, and that Miguel dude!! w00t! Niru, Reesh, and Nadoos were third!!! HEEEE! Vadim, Rafiq, and Igor jazz/salsa dancing!!!! hahahaha...I can't play pool. Its official. Who else would MISS the cueball when breaking? Scratching, I would understand. BUT I MISSED THE BALL COMPLETELY>_< Bhahahaha. Monopolizing Monopoly^_^ Boardwalk, Parkplace and a hotel on each, 3 railroads, 2 utilities, and some other random properties^_^

Aggie's party was amazingly fun~ HER ROOM IS SOOO PRETTTTYy. Tee hee. She freaked out when our present started ringing^___^ That was suuuuch fun^_^ Hope you liked our pocky things, aggers~ I was gonna make little paper dolls for each of us, BUT my art skills are not so good^_^ Frisbie was fun, so was the "pool". It was fun catching up with all the ppl^_^ tee hee. We ate sooo muchhh hahhahhaha. OMG the coldplay!! OMG OMG THE COLDPLAY WAS SUCH FUUUN. HAhaha. I had to admit defeat. I could not tune that guitar. But by the time we left, I can pretend that it sounded SOMEWHAT like a guitar should, na?

HOLY HALIBUT! The girl who sings Elpheba is FRIGGIN AMAZING!!! I really really really want to see it now!!! Oh gosh. Glinda sounds so....valley! I would LOVE to play a part in the ensemble, but I don't have any experience or vocal talent to do something like that. Maybe I could maybe go and try working on a backdrop? Iunno, the whole musical/performance thing looks like SUCH fun. Maybe just me?

OOF. Korean bbq. Holy crudalos, I really wish I had taken a picture of how much food we ate. OMFGSTFUBBQ. Seriously. I wanted to roll out of there. It was so much fun. Except for the part where I was marked with a wet handprint. Not fun. Also cold butt. >_<. AFter being oversufficiently sophonified, we rolled on over to the fountain, and proceeded to take exceedingly amusing pictures. So much fun. Then headed over to Nikki's. Frisbie. Tired.
Guitar. Fingers burning.
Hungry. No food.
Still happy^_^

Tried to do some drawing. Something productive. Instead, I read Sophie Kinsella's Can you Keep a Secret? Of course, extremely predictable and 1 dimensional. But extremely friggin HILARIOUS. Oh gosh. I need to go out now. I need a job, yet home and my bed is oh so inviting. It is so hospitable, I don't feel the need to leave. *la sigh.
Rereading the Narnia series. Its amazingly good. I see so many more symbolism and parallels in it now. Oh well. At least in this I don't see any slash...YET.

Oh my. Today was not so bad. No more school until University starts, which is a definate plus. Who am I kidding?

Ahhh, much better now. Oh, I finally got my prom dress~ Its a pale blue, with cool strappies. I'm actually pretty pleased that I don't have to try another dress on until my wedding day~ Now I just have to buy jewellery and shoes and then I should be set. Somewhat. Am now contemplating the AN cosplay choices set out. ikari_frenchman wants an Earthbound group, and it looks like loads of fun. Minus the fact that I don't play earthbound, its promising~ >_<

Am actually becoming slightly more interested in going to prom. Tee hee. Our prom is going to be held at the Grand Baccus, and the centerpiece is a wine goblet. *Baccus was the Greek god of Wine and revelery. Either the god, or a major follower. I find it amusing that a highschool prom is going to be held in a Hall dedicated to the god of alcohol~ Then again, that might just be me.*

OH. Am much incensed at aggiechan for introducing me to the magnificence of Imogen Heap. Her song is now on serious repeat mode. NOT GOOD. Have become only *slightly* brainwashed. Blah. Oh well. If I'm going to be brainwashed, might as well be from an amazing song~

Need to finish prom stuff shopping. Shoes and dress and transportation have become highly important indeed. And according to my mother, so is finding a date to go with. Minus the fact that I really don't give asmar either way. lol. My mom is highly amusing. Her views are so out-dated that it gives new rise to the term "Generation gap", made all the more amusing because she is so open-minded about things. I love juxtapositions~

Bleach is currently an obsession. Ichigo is my internet boyfriend, I swear. He is le amazing. Too bad he has a semi-girlfriend already, who he needs to break free of a highsecurity prison, and escape from a world of crazed martial artists. Le sigh. Cute, ne?

Wah. No more horse-back riding. That is saddening. But then, maybe we could re-plan something else?
Oh! tygereye27, "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nightime" is a really interesting read. Which basically means that I understood about....5 pages? Tee hee.

I do believe that I have typed sufficiently for the night. My brother made me spiral KD, so am now sufficiently sophonophied as well. *Boowhahaha. I just wanted to write that out, timt33~
